#26 - How to inspect tile and slate roofs

OVERVIEW:
We have assembled several photographs and 14 of the best videos we could find from professional Roofing Consultants and Roofing Contractors to assist you in repairing your roof. Tiled and slate roofs have been protecting homes in many part of the world for many years. They are considered to be 30 year plus roofs if installed to the Manufacturer’s installation instructions, but that does not always happen. Residential roofs that are waterproofed with tiled or slate roofs should be inspected after every major windstorm and at least once a year, preferably in the spring. Before conducting the roof inspection, you may want to consider taking course#29 (How to work safely on your roof.)
